Timothy Wright is a senior solicitor at Frigo James Legal specialising in building and construction disputes and commercial litigation across Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, Brisbane.

Timothy has built his practice across several prominent litigation firms, including Russells (Brisbane) Mills Oakley (Brisbane and Sydney), and most recently Attwood Marshall Lawyers on the Gold Coast.

In building and construction, he acts for homeowners, builders, and developers in both residential and commercial building matters — advising on defects claims, breach of contract, debt recovery, and licensing matters.

In commercial litigation, Timothy’s experience spans shareholder and director disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, trust disputes, professional negligence, and Corporations Act matters.

Timothy has extensive experience appearing before Federal Court of Australia, the superior state courts and the state tribunals.
