Brooke Mallard
Brooke has worked exclusively in family law since 2017 having commenced her career as part of the team at the Specialist Domestic and Family Violence Court in Southport.

Professional Experience
Brooke graduated from Bond University in 2017, with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, achieving First in Class in Bond University’s Family Law course, having also received the Bond University ‘Collegiate Leadership Scholarship’. Brooke has also started her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) Degree with the College of Law at Brisbane.
Brooke has worked exclusively in family law since 2017 having commenced her career as part of the team at the Specialist Domestic and Family Violence Court in Southport.
Brooke was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2018.
In 2020, Brooke was nominated as a Finalist for Rising Star of the Year (SME Law) by Lawyers Weekly and nominated for 30 under 30 (Family Law).
